We have our own in-house talent of surveyors, carpenters, plumbers, electricians and decorators. All who work to our exacting standards and have been DBS enhanced checked.

DIRECTOR

Building Surveyor, proven track record working with BIRSE and Cable and Wireless – he joined R.J. Holland Limited in 2004 as a surveyor and became a director of the company in 2005.

SAM HOWES BSC (HONS)

DIRECTOR

Building Surveyor working with Faithorn, Farrell, Timms Surveyors for 4 years –  he then joined R.J. Holland Limited in 2006 as a surveyor and became a director of the company in 2007.

RODGER POULSOM B.COMPT. M.B.A.

DIRECTOR

Rodger joined R.J. Holland in 2011.  He has 5 year’ experience in Project and Facilities Management in a large property owning group as well as 15 years of Financial management experience.  Rodger has expertise in the contract management of our community projects and new build developments.

SEAN O’CONNOR

DIRECTOR

Sean joined R.J. Holland in 2015, as a qualified carpenter and due to quick progression, he now manages and co-ordinates our high end residential and commercial projects. Responsible for monitoring project programme, liaising with Site Manager, site supervisor and sub-contractors.   Health and Safety and toolbox talks, quality and safety inspections.  Meeting with Client and Project Manager on Project Progress.  Quality control.

KATIE KEENOY

PROJECT MANAGER

Katie joined R.J. Holland Limited in 2022.  Katie has coordinated all work carried out for Equans and Glendale sites around the UK.  Katie has previous Project Management experience within the construction industry and has a commercial background as Portfolio Manager and Property Manager for prestigious London agents.

SMSTS holder, First Aid Trained, Volunteer Action for Children.

MARY ASH

OFFICE MANAGER

Mary joined R.J. Holland in 2005 and has over 20 years experience working within the construction industry.  Mary oversees BREEAM rated projects, accreditations, Health and Safety training, accounts and all aspects of the smooth running of the business on a daily basis.

ANDY MARITZ B.COM M.B.A

PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Andy joined R.J. Holland Limited in 2022.  He is responsible for issuing works orders and the purchasing of materials centrally in the office, he liaises with project accountant, project manager, site manager, site supervisor and sub-contractor.

RON WILLS

SITE MANAGER

Ron has been working for R.J. Holland since 2000.  As a qualified carpenter with a proven track record, he now manages and co-ordinates all school projects

DANNY PAYNE

SITE MANAGER

Danny joined R.J. Holland in 2011.  Under guidance and training received from R.J. Holland he now manages and co-ordinates new builds and change of use properties.
