Building Surveyor, proven track record working with BIRSE and Cable and Wireless – he joined R.J. Holland Limited in 2004 as a surveyor and became a director of the company in 2005.
Sam Howes BSc (Hons)
Director of R.J. Holland Limited
Building Surveyor working with Faithorn, Farrell, Timms Surveyors for 4 years – he then joined R.J. Holland Limited in 2006 as a surveyor and became a director of the company in 2007.

Financial Controller / Contracts Manager
Rodger joined R.J. Holland in 2011. He has 5 year’ experience in Project and Facilities Management in a large property owning group as well as 15 years of Financial management experience. Rodger has expertise in the contract management of our community projects and new build developments.
Jack Redden BSc (Hons)
Surveyor
Joined R.J. Holland Limited in 2010 as a trainee surveyor as part of our apprenticeship programme and has since gained a First Class Honours degree at Kingston University. Jack has 7 years project and JCT contract management experience. Jack has co-ordinated all work carried out at the Savoy Hotel and National Grid sites around the UK. He is currently involved in projects on behalf of Integral and Engie.
Mary Ash
Office Manager
Mary joined R.J. Holland in 2005 and has over 20 years experience working within the construction industry. Mary oversees BREEAM rated projects, accreditations, Health and Safety training, accounts and all aspects of the smooth running of the business on a daily basis.

Emily joined R.J. Holland in 2012 and has a background in insurance and retail, she handles the purchasing of materials. Emily carries out all monitoring for the company, for on site and BREEAM rated projects.

Ron Wills
Site Manager
Ron has been working for R.J. Holland since 2000. As a qualified carpenter with a proven track record he now manages and co-ordinates school projects.
Sean O’Connor
Site Manager
Sean joined R.J. Holland in 2015, as a qualified carpenter and due to quick progression he now manages and co-ordinates our high end residential projects.
